What else do you need to know?

By law, information submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for each contribution must include:

• Amount
• Date of Receipt
• Donor’s name and address
• Donor’s occupation and employer

Please note the following restrictions:

• Contributions limited to $5,000 per person per year
• Corporations cannot contribute; ALL contributions must be personal funds
• Contributions must be from US citizens or green card holders
• Contributions must not be made in another person’s name
• Cash contributions cannot exceed $100 per contributor per year
